You want to challenge yourself to a month of training for West Coast Swing? This is an all level program that will benefit the more advanced dancers as well as the newbies with its seven days themes: Technique Mondays, Strength Tuesdays, Styling Wednesdays, Yoga and Mindset Thursdays, Musicality Friday, Movement Exploration Saturday, and Rest Day Sundays (with a couple surprises).
