About the event
This level is for dancers comfortable with Level 7 material who want to deepen their mastery of timing, anchors, and musical interpretation. You should already be familiar with advanced concepts such as Follow requests, phrasing in 8, 32, and 33 counts, continuous movement (rides, continuous whips, paseos), advanced rotations, and weight transfer control.
In this level, we explore Partial, Full, and Delayed timing, Open, Square, and Closed anchors, swung rhythm, and pendular movement, applying these concepts to familiar patterns and developing new variations to dance with greater musical freedom and precision.
Join Nicolas every Monday from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for six weeks, from April 6th to May 11th.
